There should be no difference. Check if your wheels have lost weights and become unbalanced.

I'll check, it's the same sensation of unbalanced wheels

Looks like all the weights are there. Is it anything to do with the front wheels hardly sat on the hubs?

Maybe you need an alignment check?

I have a similare setup re spacers (12mm rear on mine) and I don't perceive any vibrations at speed

with the hub centric the bearing surface should be the same?
do you have a picture of the type you used?

sometimes raising the car, losening the lugs, and retightening to spec helps

on the left hubcentric, the other is not

I would take them off ASAP.

Could be a number of reasons. Might sound stupid, but did you clean/check the face of the hub/spacer/inner wheel face, to check for any dirt/debris? ( any debris between the wheel and hub face will cause the wheel not to sit flush to the hub. The wheel then eventually wobble and cause the bolts to come lose) I have seen this happen twice (Not to my car I may add lol)

With out any bolts fitted the wheel should rotate freely on the spacer hub-centric mount, if not you have the incorrect type, is it a 150mm face one?

Im running 8f/10r without no problem

all good advice
I might add, a small dab of anti-seize on the hub

I have 8's all around, zero vibration, smooth as a cue ball :D

Sounds silly but check the bolts are all tight, one or more may have worked loose.

I'd do as suggested and remove spacers and retest.

Arthur, from your pic my 10mm rears are hubcentric and the front 8mm spacers are the same style as the spacer on the right of your pic. I'll remove and check everything again, all looked clean and a good fit but the fronts were a nightmare to hold in place and bolt up so I'll just check them again tomorro and try again. Thanks everyone I appreciate your help.

The one on the right is nothing more than a glorified shim. Get rid of it. At least you identified the problem.

I have just fitted some spacers to mine and the 10mm ones had the collar for the wheel to locate but the 8mm for the front didnt, both sets by h&r and all was fine till I did 60mph and it felt like the front wheels were completly out of balance with the 8mms on. I spoke to DPM and they changed the 8s for 10s and it sorted the problem straight away.

mine are 8's all around and have the hub, they are 150 mm dia.

the hub is important, they have a 45 deg bevel that fits into the wheel, as you tighten the bolts it cinches tight and centers, centered and no play
