Advice on changing transmission lubricants on a 06 RS4

Post by rldavison » Thu Apr 29, 2010 10:01 pm

I have a 2006 RS4, with 43k miles on the clock, and want to change the gearbox and rear differential oil. Could anyone help with the following questions:
1) How much oil does the gearbox take to fill?
2) How much oil does the rear diff take to fill?
3) What are the torque settings for the drain and filler plugs in the gearbox and the rear diff?
4) Are there any fibre or aluminium gaskets, for the drain and filler plugs, which also require replacement?

3.2 liter (75W90 fully synthetic GL4 or GL5 suitable for synchromesh transmissions) GL5 seems to be recomended due to better hi pressure performance
0.9 liter (75W90 fully synthetic GL5)
iirc 18 lb ft, someone can verify that
no

the qty and type of lube were given to me by Audi...
here's the oem stuff
