I often wear "dirty" worn clothes as well as "smart" atire whilst doing my job.

When i initally looked at my RS4 in the audi dealer i was in my "rags" and surprise, suprise i got the "he cant afford one of them" look.

Showed an intrest in the car i have now but i can tell by the initial salesman body language he thought i couldnt "afford" audis finest.

Anyway i didnt intially commit to the car as i was looking all over for the right deal. To cut along story short i went back for a test drive but had arranged for another salesmen who i know very well as i have bought several cars from him to do the deal an excellent salesman and a geniune love of boys toys etc etc.

The look on the original salesmans face was a picture when he realised i had the reddies and was about to sign on the dotted line!! WANKER

Jumped up snobs most of them just cos they work for a premium brand. They should get paid 5k a year basic then they,d be keen, parasites...

Your comments are so true above, I dress really smart for work but at home and on the weekends I don't go to town. The wife and I have had that look many times! as the say you can't judge a book by its cover?

Picture of me and the wife, now changed a little. lol

well down in London all motor sales people are <beep>. I drove my GT3RS into HR Owen Ferrari in St Albans, the salesman saw me pull up and looked at my car with interest, he then watched me crawl all over a Stradale and not once did he come over, same at Watford Audi with a new RS6 and R8, same at Porsche Hatfield with the new GT3RS, best service I have had was from Lancaster Ferrari in Sevenoaks Kent, they even let me test drive a Stradale.
