Once I developed a routine (and identified the most effective tools, and figured out how to arrange a vacuum to quickly eliminate all the particles I was generating so I could SEE...) I could do one inlet in about 30 minutes. I think Anto also had the inlet flaps removed and may have done work on that end of the port. That would take considerable time. That end is pretty clean from the factory and I really didn't want to mess with the flaps or the shaft they mount to. Anyway, the next step is to get my car on a dyno for a baseline run and HP figures before I swap this one into the car. It is the holiday season, so it may not happen soon. When I get all the info together for the comparison, I'll probably start a new thread... Thanks for the nudge Anto! It's a fun project to be working on.

nice job silverRS4 ! :)
yes i removed also the flaps and enlarged the end of the port to the same size of the cylinders' head side ones. 0.5 / 1 mm on radius
i removed also the metal plates near the valves

In the US, the fuel is rated based on (ROM+MON)/2. In the UK and Europe, it's RON only. US 93 is equivalent to UK 98 (RON). But that's it. We can't easily get 100 RON.
