Lee, was yours resonated or non-responated? I know of several people who've said that the non-resonated is just too intrusive and they've swapped it for the resonated one.
Cheers,

Simon - I fitted it myself and the noise was not induction noise like sucking on 4pot. It was V8 roar. If it had of been induction noise it would have been taken straight out. The filter was oiled, but when I have fitted them before I have been able to see the oil, with this one I could not see anything and it did not feel as if there was oil on it.

Thanks Fellas for the replys,
Tartanrob, was asking about the oiled filter as regards to the oil affecting the airflow meter/MAF sensor, but im not sure if the RS4 uses this system without looking under the bonnet.Im not sure if its only turbo cars with this set up?.Regards, SIMON. :)

Anyone know what I should expect to pay for a Miltek resonated valved cat-back system, fitted?

Also, could anyone recommend a supplier/fitter in the South East - or should I go up to Ilkeston to get it fitted?

I would recommend going to Ilkeston to get your system fitted, they did a great job on my S4

K&N part number # 33-2209

It also gives you opportunity to wedge open the air valve at front of airbox... :D
Rob, so the filter you are talking about is the same one as an S4 4.2 then?!?!?!? As there doesnt seem to be a different one or one at all for the RS4 4.2!?!?

Had a look at the Sports Tech site. Looks like a good alternative.

I wasn't aware there was a stockist there, since Milltek claim to offer their own fitting service in Ilkeston too.

Anyone able to give me an indication of price? I'm still waiting to hear back from Milltek on this.

Cheers.

I seem to remember that a valved, resonated cat back system was in the region of £1700 if thats any help.
