Guys, what are the VAG-com code entries to enable RS4 to replace MMI on start up?

Change the value in adaptation channel 18 of address 56 from 0 to 3.

Can you change the start up screen on the Sat - Nav display screen? Mine shows RS4 on the dasboard display but not on the sat - nav main screen.

If so does this need to be done by dealer - or can I do it myself. Not sure what adaption channels are etc.

Thanks

Thanks Jason will do.

My dealers do a free 1000 mile check so I'll get them to sort it then.

I used to have an M3 which had an oil change at about that time - it's not in the service schedule for the RS4 but I'm thinking of asking them to do one anyway.

Cheers

I confirm it works, but in addition to changing the channel 18, you also need to reset the navplus by going in to channel 111 and changign code to 1 to force the reset...

all doable with VAG-COM only or at the dealer
