Following on from yesterdays post here are some pics as requested by a few of you with the
spacers fitted. As you can see the 10mm rear / 8mm front setup is the perfect combo fitting perfectly in the arches with the SS+ suspension. Absolutely no rubbing issues whatsoever.
Hope this helps some of you that are considering this mod and have the SS+ suspension

What's up with the tyres (still an RS4 noobie!)... surely you can't see they're down to 2mm from there can you or is it that they're Pzero's? It's actually booked in to have 4 x new Michelin tyres fitted on Saturday, i've to call them tomorrow to confirm if i'm going for PS3's or PS2's... PS3's seem to getting the better reviews from what i've seen

Looking very good there Sir, stance is perfect, its a shame they do not leave the factory like this.
P-zeros are not a rated tyre by us on here, excessive road noise and lack of grip being the problem.
Money can't buy you love, but it can buy you a well sorted racecar

Aha, i thought as much, the car came with them but they do need replacing and are booked in for Sat. It'll be interesting to feel the difference with the Michelin's although new replacements vs old & barely legal tyres is hardly a fair
comparison lol...

I'd add short life to that list - I only got 9,000 miles on the set of PZeros my RS4 came from the factory with. PS2s and F1s have always given me at least 14,000 miles. Yet to tell what life I'll get from Sessantas...

Looks well mate, ive had the same for a long time its a great little mod thats not expensive but great results,p-zeros are shocking in the wet especially you will like pilot sports on the RS4 anything else is just a compromise! Harsh but true!

I've got the same setup SS+ with 8mm and 10mm spacers but also 275 super sports. Only had a slight rub once on a really bad bit of road that dropped away and make the car heavily bottom out.

Hmm, 275's? I presume that's 275x30x19 size tyre? How do you find them? Is this a common mod? Any pics?
Sorry for all the questions but i need to order my replacement tyres tomorrow so if i'm gonna add this to my mods list i need to do it now
