How much is my S3 worth?

How much do people think my S3 is worth.

Silver 2003 03 plate. 80,000 miles. Chrome mirrors. Silver leather interior. Centre armrest. Bose 6 cd changer with casette headunit. Original factory fitted RS4/RSTT alloys. New clutch and flywheel 200 miles ago. New discs and pads all round 2K ago. Cambelt booked in for next week.

2 rear tyres quite good - 2-3mm

2 fronts need changing next 1000 miles.

Very good condition inside and out. few small stone chips on front.

Alloys need refurbing.

Thats what I thought - the Audi garage up the road from me offered my 7.5 -8K on a trade-in. Cheeky b@stards!

I would of thought with those sort of miles you would be able to sell it privateky for 9-10k so 8k trade in isnt that low. Have a look on autotrader and you will see alot of S3's for sale the same year and similar mileage some are even as low as 8k.

we traded ours in with 90k miles for around 8k BUT it needed front anti rolll bar changed possibly rear springs. Apparently resold for about 10k I believe. Unfortunately for us we got pinged 800 quid because the steering developed a leak and Audi in thier wisdom wouldnt sell the offending seal so we ahd to replace the whole power steering system NOT IMPRESSED!!

this was a noggy blue with all the spec apart from a self dimming rear view mirror

excellent car though!!
