Main computer dash display faded lcd's..

Hey all. my main display in my clocks (the one that shows mpg etc....) has faded and looks a mess ... ie you can hardly make out the number and letters.... new clocks or can i just replace that display??? cheers

It's usually new clocks, unless you are confident enough to take yours to pieces and swap the lcd connectors with another display

Have a look at the same post on Audi Sport.net. there is a place that will repair them for £200

Ill be interested in that. Im assuming the S3 display is the same as the S4.

Just bought some brand new clocks off ebay. £85, just need re-coding... bargain.
