Climate control Prob!

I disconnected my climate control, to adjust my leads from behind as I
am fitting in a new head unit, and all of a sudden when I put the unit
back on, it went blank, and the temperature sensor/on board computer
reading has gone blank, and there is no power going to the unit
Anyone had the same problem? Im thinking its a software fault,
I even tried getting the diagnosis on, but nothing works on it, the car runs fine,
and does not show any fault codes?
