I've done this on an A3 1.8T quattro Sport already on coil-overs. It will obviously depend on you current setup, but I would recommend it as a cheap option compared to the Neuspeed and H&R kits. The car rolls a lot less and corners much much flatter, obviously. However, I did find they brought back a bit of understeer, but nothing that's too much of a problem if you expect it. Powerslides are brought on much easier, if you set the car up right going into corners.
I paid about £100 for the front and rear bars with new OEM bushes, so it seemed like a no-brainer. Although I am tempted to try the H&R adjustable kit next time, to try to regain a more balanced handling.
