Dipped Headlight Issue

Hey,
Started having a error light on the dash for right dipped headlight. Thinking about trying to change the bulb before going down the new ballast pack route. Anyone happen to know the codes for one or where's best to order one from?
Also, I've heard stories of it being covered by a TSB? The car is an 04 plate so out of warranty so I'm not sure if its covered anymore. Anyone tried that and got it replaced for free?
