Where to get discs and pads?

I need rear discs and pads for a B7 so have been looking for some online. Eurocarparts have no stock so is there anywhere else to look?
Also, do most people go OEM or upgrade?
Cheers

Don't trust ECP's online stock indication. It's almost always completely inaccurate. Phone them up.
My personal experience of ECP staff (in person at the Wembley branch and also over the phone) has always resulted in sheer, teeth-pulling frustration. If you do order through them make sure that you double and even triple check that they are ordering the correct parts for your car. And then check again. And once more for good measure. They will still more than likely get it wrong. And if you want to pick items up rather than have them delivered, ask just as many times whether your parts have actually been delivered to the store. And then when the items are checked out, check again that they are correct. Dealing and communicating with ECP staff in person is like involuntarily taking part in some surreal case study for the quantification and analysis of customer service incompetence.
Apologies, still smarting, needed to vent. I could go on but I won't and your mileage may vary...

Discs and pads are all Pagid as OE, I believe. ECP will supply Pagid.

Yeah, I recently bought Pagid rear discs for my B6 through ECP. Not fitted them yet. Think the general agreement last time was that Pagid made the disks for B6 and B7, but that the pads were from a variety of suppliers.

New Pagid discs and pads all-round as of last week. No complaints so far, accounting for bedding in. Much more progressive than prior (was getting a bit scary at times). Having said that, my old pads and discs, as worn as they were, felt like they were biting earlier (despite not being as effective on balance if I needed to stop quickly). If that makes any sense. It's amazing what you get used to.
