Hi everybody,

I've notice quite a few dents appear on my bodywork. Can anybody recommend a company who will remove the dents well? Would like to use a recommended company rather than go to a general dent removal co first.

Surrey, Sussex or Kent areas are fine.

I'm also needing to get my Alloys cleaned up. There's a few scrapes and I'd love to get them back to a good condition.

Cheers,

Dave

Lepsons in Kent - I've had about 8 sets of wheels refurbed by them over the years, absolutely perfect and the best in the country.

Welcome Tony. :)

8 sets  And it's go nothing to do with driving skill, purely vanity in wanting our wheel design to look so good and tyre profiles.

Lepsons are excellent.

Thanks! Ah yeah I can probably see how that post came across now! Quite the opposite reason, though :)

I'm really anal about my cars and how they look, and taking care of them - so whenever I buy a car, the first thing I do is get the wheels refurbished so that they are perfect, and I can keep them perfect, both front and back.

I'm 29 now, with my first set of wheels refurbished by Lepsons for my 18th birthday present from my parents :)

I find that, once refurbed, you can really keep wheels looking so good simply by washing them weekly. Use normal car washing shampoo that you would for the bodywork, ensure there's a sealant on the wheel (so dirt doesn't stick) and bob's your uncle; piece of cake to clean, and always look great!

FYI, my wheels are actually "black chrome", though they neither look black, nor chrome. It's an ever so slightly darker silver which I thought matched the mirrors and chrome edging much better than the bold bright silver that Lepsons do (silver chrome) or indeed the very matt finish that's standard on the car.

Oh, and one FINAL thing, I didn't realise this but KDS also do dent removal too! So get your wheels done and dents sorted all at the same time :)
