Leather retrim
Leather retrim
Anyone have any idea on how much a full retrim would cost for an avamt Am looking to change colour from cream to black ?
Re: Leather retrim
Mega bucks. Save a search alert on eBay for a black set or 'B6 S4 Breaking' and you'll get an email whenever one gets listed.
It'll work out a fraction of the cost. I'd say you'd be looking at £1k just for the comparable quality leather, before labour costs.
My Dad had a wingback chair retrimmed in leather last year and the leather for that was £350. Ended up £600 all in on mates rates as he was in no rush.

I had all the seats front and back retrimmed, all the door cards and the gearbox gaiter as well.
I am very happy with the results and it has made the car feel a very different inside instead of the original all black.
Hope this helps

Cheers Goose : )
Re: Leather retrim
That looks really really nice, could save some money and use the cream to look as good as that...

Re: Leather retrim
Food for thought Pmj
I think the cream and black would look just as nice buddy and as you say would help keep the costs down
