Who would have believed it possible, all I did on this tank was drive from home to Dundee round trip.

RS4s with FSI will always get better power and mpg than the old S4 :(

i guess the trade off is tho that we dont get carbon build up

Having only just got my B7 S4 I can honestly say that no matter how much you may read about fuel consumption etc, nothing makes up for seeing the needle swing left with a lot more vigour than you could ever imagine...

I had to stop looking at the DIS telling me how much range my fuel tank had, it was dropping by 10s of miles rather quickly!

I just hope the rate at which I burn fuel doesn't spoil what is already truning out to be a huge love affair with my car.
