Rub them with WD-40 and they'll come up sparkling.
Audi S4 Avant (B6, 2004) in Goodwood Green.

For a couple of weeks, then they go milky again.

Autoglym super resin polish and then a sealant or wax works well

I just used Autosol metal polish on ours and then waxed them afterwards and they look as new even after a month.
