micalee,

When I got mine it had Goodyear F1 Assymetrics, turn in was sharp, but they only lasted about 6,000 miles on the front and 12 on the rear. Then tried Continental Sport Contacts which wore better and I felt were a bit quieter with no loss of bite. The Falkens are awesome, half the price of the Conti's, great grip, not too noisy and they seem to be wearing well.

Let me know how you get on with the springs - I'm a bit concerned about lowering mine as the speed bumps around here have to be taken very slowly to avoid kn ocking the Milltek off!!

Like the Milltek sound but also like the stock tailpipes on mine. Maybe Milltek could combine? Anyway, we digress!

Ill keep you all posted when I have done the job. I have been reading up about cars which have just had the springs put on as apposed to full kit - they recon the stock shocks give up after a while! see here: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=302812

Dont know if this is specific to the B6?
