Carbon fiber y-pipe

I have seen a few of these surface over the years... people have made their own, I believe most of them have just been carbon over layed standard y-pipes.

Does anyone know of functional carbon fiber y-pipes for sale or anyone who makes them?

Pictures are welcome also, if you have some please post them.
