I am having about 450 hp, but more need more :?

Should I go for a wather/methanol kit or some AWE intercooler?
At the moment I am having some RS4 intercooler.

Don't bother spending all the money required to buy the AWE SMIC. They are a lot of money for relatively, if any gains. I am sure there are better ICs on the market for less outlay.

Probably a good idea to post the current spec of your car so ppl can see what you've got and where to spend your money for the biggest returns.

I can try Nige..

2,8 NA heads
Coated and reworked manifold
RS4/RS6 hybrid turbo
All intake is RS4
RS4 injectores
RS4 intercooler
Complete de-catted RS4 exhaust system
Remap to 1,45 bar.

My next step would be some down pipes with 400 cell sportscat
3" Milltek system..

THEN I was thinking of the wather/Methanol system from VAST, and a new re-map to about 1,5 bar..Or the bigger SMIC from AWE?????

Happy new year

do you have a LWFW?
thought you would be on bigger injectors already. what fuel pump do you have?
As for the down pipes do you mean 100 cell cats - a good idea.

LWFW? Sorry but what is that.

I am running with a RS4 fuel pump.

For the down pipes I mean 400 cell sportscat, so I can pass the MOT here in Denmark.

LWFW - Lightweight Flywheel.
Emmissions are much stricter in Denmark then? What about a set of 'test pipes' that you can swap over after the MOT
Not sure how much improvement from the flow you will get with the proposed downpipes as the S4 is also 400CPI anyway. Surely they have RS4s in Denmark which pass the emmissions in which case get some RS4 downpipes which are 200CPI. Have you got rid of the precats?
I am not sure what the limit is for the RS4 pump but you need some overhead for safety.

So you don't need to move to 400 cpi sports cats. Are you sure you can't run with 100cpi sports cats. Get rid of precats.

I have the AWE SMIC and don't think they are worth the money.

if you have rs4 downpipes you already have 200 cel cats? who mapped the car.? cheapest way would be a front mount cooler. like this. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CXRacing ... ccessories a bit of work and you can hide it behind the bumper.

Okay I then have 200 cell cats.. But that is OEM cats.. Wouldent I get some better flow with 400 cell sportscat?
It is a Danish company who mapped the car, and some of the best.
Would I get the best power gain from a wather/methanol kit, and a complete Milltek system, instead of FMIC and Milltek system?

Remove the precats and change the main cats to 100 cell free flow versions. At least in Finland those will pass the MOT. Or if you are "afraid" of the emissions, use these 200 cell cats: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... 0020368599

I have 100 cell free flow cats and the car passes the MOT without problems. (http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... 0020368592)

Hold on, you already have 200cel cats in the RS4 downpipes - they are good! Remove the pre-cats as per advice above, then tweak you boost slightly to 1.6bar peak and play with the timing. That lot should be worth 20-30hp. If you want more then a milltek (or custom?) catback will add another 10-20hp.

Yes Nige, but isent there a diffrent from 200 cell OEM to 200 cell sportscat.. Or is 200 cell the same whatever it is OEM or sportscat?
What is the best sparksplugs I can go for? RS4 OEM?
