Matias, K04/RS6 hybrids usually are just K04's with an RS6 compressor wheel. The housings may have been modified to increase airflow, but they will be the same size externally.
Sounds like you've got a bargain... if the compressor wheels are RS6.

It could be true, IMHO.
hybrid implies has parts from two sources. Audspeed could give you rs4 impeller and turbine housings (the casings) which have been scraped out to fit the larger RS6 wheels. It would then be rs4/rs6 hybrid.
other companies will give you rs6 impeller housing with rs6 internals and a modified rs4 turbine housing. It'd also be a rs4/rs6 hybrid.
You could also take a regular rs4 turbo, take it to bits and fit a larger impeller and resize the impeller housing to fit. It too would be a hybrid.
If you are concerned you can remove the housings and measure the wheels to see what you have in there?

How do you know they are repaired rather than brand new?
Do they have the uprated actuator as in the photo?

Martin THIS IS a RS4/RS6 turbo by the size of the wheel I can see
RS6 turbo specs
K04-28 and 29 (RS6 car)
41,86 Inducer (A)
56,08 exducer (C)
56 trim
RS4 turbo specs
K04-25 and 26 (RS4 car)
33,6 exducer (A)
46,02 inducer (C)
53 trim
Your turbo is 100% garantee that is RS4 turbo built in on RS6 wheels (Rs4/RS6), to have more garantee take to a turbo
Shop and they will tell you that bolth sides has been machined to fit bigger wheels
Just take the compressor cover out and take the measures of the wheels yourself
They still tell my that I got the Rs4/rs6 turbo.. And this is the left turbo on the picture.. What is the right turbo then???

Matias, have you got a pic of the actually turbo you have bought, plus measure the size of the inducer (hole in the middle with fins showing) diameter should be 41mm if its rs6, or much smaller if rs4 up to the edges of the fins, going by the measurements you were given
