-20mm.... but there off a RS4 so will probably sit a little lower as the RS4's do as std anyway.

Watch the spacers Adam... I had 8mm H&R spacers with H7R springs and the tyres scrubbed massively. I wouldn't advise going over 5mm on the front mate.

Be able to get a nice set of tail pipes out the end if it works!

Ah bugger, thats not good to hear.... I'm gonna do another test fit
Got the bumpers from Ebay
Also got a full RS4 exhaust coming so should match up nicely with the rear bumper

How are you planning to make the rear bumper narrow enough to fit.
The length of the sides will make it hard to get a good line by bending. It's hard enough this way on the short over hang of the front one.
Cut n' shut with S4 bumper is an option I guess...

I was going to slice a section out of it (however much is needed to line up with the arch), fiberglass it back together and filler/smooth it.

Yep, a fair amount of work. Good Luck. Looking forward to seeing the result...

surely plastic welding would be easier

agreed . plastic welding is better than fiberglassing. buy a decent 100w soldering gun. works a treat.
