Hi,
I am based on Farnbrough, Hampshire. Anyone know of a good place that can do digital
4 wheel alignment in this area?
Cheers,
Jon

Was a thread on alignment places in tuning and mods forum about a month ago. Prices went from £120-£65 from what I remember.

Your local stealers may help you for a small fee of approx £270. AMD is near oxford if you willing to travel a small way but they say it can cost anything from £90 up to approx £260 depending on adjustments!!! These figures i've quoted are what i was told when i was shopping around for a decent 4 wheel alignment. I ended up going to stealth racing near Warwickshire and paying £90 all in. They didn't adjust the front camber as they said they couldn't do it as the arms aren't adjustable. After further research i found that the front camber can be adjusted by moving the sub frame, so maybe it would have been better for me if i had paid for one of the above to do the job, who knows......

Just have to keep an eye on tyre wear for now

I had mine done at a stealer, along with the wheel bearings saga, anyway I phoned up three different stealers for the 4 wheel alignment and got these quotes:
Dealer 1: £80
Dealer 2: £145.11
Dealer 3: £150.00

I can beat that:
Camberley Audi: 240 GBP
(the same people that wanted to charge me 160 for changing the gearbox oil)

I work in Farnborough and would be intersted in finding a good wheel alignment place local. I usually use Micheldever but they aren't exactly local.

There is a good place in Newton Abbot, AMS which is down Brunel Road behind the train station, they have the right program for an S4 and were pretty cheap, £80 for 4 wheel check, adjustment to 1 rear and Nitrogen in the tyres.
Much better than the dodgy lot who did it in Fareham, they used the A4 program, left the adjustment on one of the rears loose and charged me £90.
Cheers,
Mark
