I live in Luton, Beds. I need my s4 setting up properly on a 4wd alignment, I've seen they do it at AMD and i've been pleased with there work before.
Anyone had the same work done at AMD? Any other recommendations?
cheers

Yes. They do a proper job and will tune your alignment for the type of driving you want. My camber is quite aggressive so that I get maximum tyre contact when cornering. Downside is that the inner edge of the tyres wears out first.

I understand that the only way to adjust the camber is by the ride height unless you have fitted adjustable suspension links. How do AMD do this?

On the rear there is some adjustment, you can get around -1 deg, on the front no adjustment so camber is a function of the ride height. Ride height of 25.5" (65CM) from ground to wheelarch will give around -1.5~1.7 deg camber.
If you go much lower on the ride height you will start to suffer from bump steer.

In my case they did it at the same time as fitting the H&R coilovers (and lowering the car).
