spoke to midland bearings the will do the LS3047 washers for "a couple of quid each" !

The two piece diff is slightly different to the 1pc.

I got my two washers from here.

They then need reworked to 43mm x 30mm x 1.47mm

Looking at the diagram the 1pc (later) torsen you will need to replace only one of the washers on the outside and the one in the middle. #1 and #4.

The ones that need to be replaced are the teflon coated ones.

It all seems pretty complicated but I hope it will all be clearer once I get the torsen in bits. I wont be able to do this until may however as I have far to much uni work to get on with at the moment.
