Hi all - looking for some help please...
Recently my brakes seem to be biting even under the slightest pressure. I am not sure if this is the ABS or not as my previous cars whilst they had ABS havent really been high performance motors and I only experienced a slight vibration when the ABS kicked in under braking. At the moment it does only seem to occur in the wet / damp, I am not heavy footed but the car literally jolts forward almost as if its skidding slightly and it doesnt happen everytime, sometimes not at all even when I do an emergency stop in the wet. Just doesnt feel right and I wondered if you guys thoughts on whether this is normal or not ?
Also when I am coasting (clutch out) in 2nd /3rd gear with revs at 2-3k often slowing the car on the revs (if you see what I mean) the car judders slightly almost as if it might stall. It is barely noticeable but is niggling me as it didnt do this when I bought it. This is often accompanied by a faint ticking noise around the ignition area- which I keep thinking is my keys but isn't. It almost seems as though there is a faulty connection somewhere.
Any advice would be most welcome - after paying for a service and cam change recently I was hoping for some smooth, hassle free motoring !

RE: Minor / Major problems ?
Did the judder under coasting problem start to happen immediately after the cambelt service?
