Good place for health check noth of england (sheffield)

Post by gareths4 » Fri Jan 30, 2009 2:34 pm

Hi, I think my s4 with AMD stage 4 Rs4 turbo conversion is a bit down on power. It was 409bhp and feels more like 300bhp. No obvious boost least, and has had new EGT and Air mass sensor.

I would like to take it somewhere you guys would recomend preferably not too far from sheffield but will travle for a health check/boost leak check. I have done my own basic Vag com check and no faults are reported. Thanks

Try Grizz @ Unit20 up in Neston (Cheshire).

Then get yourself to our Rolling Road day on March 28th to see how it compares to a load of other K04'd S4's! (see here - http://www.rs246.com/index.php?name=PNp ... ic&t=74868 )

plug in , start engine and start up vag.com

select module

got to engine

select advanced measurement block

select from the pop up the block 003 and 115

this will drop them into the main window

select log

do the run (best to have passenger with you as you don't want to be juggling the lappie and driving)

do one or two so you get some decent reads

save the file and post up on here

You could try JBS in Chesterfield

http://www.jbsautodesigns.co.uk

I've been using them for 10 years.
