H & R coilovers for B5 is the damping adjustable?

hi, can anyone tell me if its possible to adjust the damping on the H & R coiloves for the B5 S4 and how to do it as i can't see any obvious adjustment. thanks

Not unless you have the H&R PCS coilovers. They are rebound adjustable only. Standard H&R are ride height only.

thanks, are the standard H & R coilovers considered to be good? I feel the ride is quite bouncy and they are not too old so should not be worn out yet.

can anyone recomend a set up with good ride maybe a little firmer then standard that is not bouncyl. Don't really want anything stupidly low.

Try adjusting the H&R ride height up - made a huge difference to the ride quality on mine.

Failing that, the Bilstein PSS9 setup is superb and very comfortable on the "comfort" setting.
