the way i understand plugs is that unless youre modified use the recommended ones. so as you modify the engine more you need to start running cooler plugs as the explosion gets hotter. is that right?

yes mate, more boost higher temps. and burn, ... EGT`s always rem this! NGK UP..... Bosch down.

Bosch F5DPOR - RS2 plugs for me too.
S4 - no longer missing 1 engine. Last seen leaving trailing black lines of gearbox oil.

So it seems these Bosch F5DPOR are used the most.....Where's the best/cheapest place to source them from?

RS4 plugs for me but these Bosch F5DPOR plugs sound very interesting. Are they more potent than the RS4 plugs?
SKN remap, K&N Filter, Miltek CatBack Twin Jet-

No not really, just a bit more suited to high boost and high temps.
