Difference in rear calipers?

Can anyone help with the following.

Are the pistons the same in the pre-facelift and facelift rear calipers.

Don't think so as the facelift disc is vented and 22mm wide compared with 12mm(?) for the pre car.

Hmmm. I was hoping that the diameters would be the same so that I could re use the sealswhen I upgraded.......... oh well, thanks.
