Headlamp washers NOT working

My headlight washers dont work?? Is there anything which is common that i should be looking at?

Are you checking these with the lights on ?? they work on water pressure I believe one of the common problems is due to split pipes
It might be worth looking under the car when you try to use them to see if you get a spray out under the car

Pump failure is common. Defective part that Audi kindly never bothered replacing, even for the last B5 S4s off the line...:(

Looks like they might have even seized up.

Might need to get a different unit fitted.

They do only work when going a certain speed. Not sure what. Best to take the car for a run on the motorway or dual carriagway and and just before you get off, activate them. Get down from the car when off carriageway and check for water on lamps or body.

Double snap! You can see when moving that they have worked because they spray over the bonnet and screen, plus make a noise ;)

u need the lights on and u need to keep the washer held on for longer than a quick spray on the windscreen. and they work if u are ststionary

Right, I have tried the washers with the lights on and gave it a good long pull back (Oh sir) I herd a noise like a pump but the washers didnt pop up? I can manually pull them up an they dont feel sezied? Any ideas?

Somethings wrong with mine then. Ill shall have a quick check in the morning.

Mine only seem to pop up at speed.
Might be different for face lift midles and pre facelift. CAn you guys confirm whther you have a facelift or not. Mines a facelift. If you have facelifts then I defo have something up with mine.
