A Big thanks to Shaun and the boys at AMD for looking after my B7 RS4. Sent it down for a decoke and rolling road map which it needed as it had not been done in its 60k miles lifespan.
I gave Shaun the remit to get it to standard (claimed manufactures figures) or a little more without ringing the neck out of the car. Initial readings were 375 bhp and with the decoke, vac leak repair and map it left them with 425 bhp.
The car has been totally transformed now and feels insanely quick. Fuel economy now on a motorway at 80mph is 29 mpg and round town is between 20 and 23 mpg, not that I bought the car for it Fuel economy!!!!!.
I'm not doing any more to this car as it's a family car but now on the lookout for an R8 to play with. I'm looking for one in imola yellow if anyone knows of one for sale.

Re: AMD Essex
AMD don't have the strongest of followings here, so it wont do them any harm to balance out the feedback. 425 is a good number, b8 is only 450 odd and thats about it without a charger, i guess.
Re: AMD Essex
AMD have always been good to me and sorted out all my cars. My supercharged r32 was my last car that was under their wing and once they sorted out all the problems with it from the previous owner it went from 320 to 400 bhp. I like what they have done to my B7 but I'm going to stop there with this car. I'm sure everyone has their preferred garage and the market is big enough for them all. When I was down there last I had a good look around the BTCC car and it's an engineering masterpiece.
