Company to make my wheels look new?

Post by MCB » Wed May 31, 2006 8:59 pm

If I have posted this in the wrong place just let me know.

Looking for the best wheel re-finisher in the UK to sort my sad S4 wheels out and I want them to look like new, literally like new. I want that 3D looking metallic silver finish (Sad I know just love it), tried the Wurth paint Etc. God what a B… ache so I want to give the job to a truly professional company.

Also interested in powder coating although not sure if they could replicate the finish, as silver powder coating is something of an art.

All comments gratefully received.

I had my wheels done by Pristine - not a bad job. I wouldn't use Wicked - all they do is push the tyre away from the outside edge (break the bead), and spray paint the outer face of the wheel. The other company I know of which does a full strip/clean/re-finish is Spit and Polish.

Pro-Clean in Prescot are good. A few people I know have taken their wheels there, and were very happy with the results

theres a new company just started in blackpool that are quite cheap and should do a proper job judging by some of the examples i saw a bit back. Ill try and dig there details out, but Ive used pristine twice and been very happy on both occasions.
