De-cat ....worth doing or not

I have a miltek cat back exhaust, is it worth de catting the RS4 B7 or not?
What are the pro's and con's

Scotty, you should post in the B7 forum for more responses as some people only read specific forums and not browse them all.

But to answer your question, it will give you more noise and more power but on the downside you will need a remap to get rid of the error codes, it will fail the MOT (so you need a friendly mot guy or swap your exhaust every year), and risk getting pulled by the police for your really noisy car or at the very least draw more attention to yourself when driving enthusiastically.
Only you know if it is worth it or not. To me it's not worth the hassle, but others with friendly garages and friendly local police think it is worth it.

I've decatted mine and the turbos spool up much quicker. And you can really hear the turbos. I like it. Others might not.
