Jack Barclay Audi - highly recommended

Post by kidyamlo » Thu Oct 02, 2014 10:35 am

After several years of unbelievably shocking, borderline incompetent service from Audi dealerships in and around London (namely Spire and Jardine groups - avoid both like the black plague if you value your RS and your sanity) I can’t believe what a difference finding a good one makes, so just here to say that I can’t recommend Jack Barclay Audi in Wandsworth enough. Well worth the hassle (if you’re not local) of getting your RS there if it needs some TLC. They haven’t asked me to post this but I believe in heaping on the praise when it’s due, especially because such an experience is so f**king rare!

H R Owen.
When they look after Bugatti, Lambo and Ferarri customers, they know a thing or two about customer service

kidyamlo - good choice. H R Owen/Jack Barclay Wandsworth have looked after a few on here with good things to say:

I get embarrased by forelock-tugging, red carpet crap - this was just straight up, down-to-earth and honest customer service. They’re obviously fully equipped and well-versed in the “higher end” of the market, but I’d hate to think I’d be treated differently if I rolled up in an old A3 diesel beater. I got the impression that I wouldn’t.

Slight resurrection of this one, but I had an interval oil service at Jack Barclay today. Not a complex job for them, but Adam (sound chap) their Master Tech looked after me and I have to say, very, very good customer service.

They had some R8's in, a RS4 B7 Avant and plenty of others. Well looked after and I got the impression, no matter what job you ask them to do be it service or anything much larger, they'd throw their best gold at either.

The Audi 'side' is impressive but the Bentley kit they had in was very impressive too. Some ground up restoration projects too being performed on some very old Bentley's.

As said before, rare to find this level of service nowadays. Good work.

Probably the reason why they are head and shoulders. Main dealer service is hard to find I think nowadays.

I tried two Audi main dealers to sense check the cost on this;
- Camberley who wanted the RS4 for 2 days for an oil service. WTF.
- Audi Tunbridge Wells who, after 5 messages left still never got back to me. And, WTF.

I went to JB purely down to the good reviews on here....
