What's it worth? well used B5 RS4

I need some advice please. A new job 95 miles away means I have to sell and get something more economical. Some details:

2001 on a X plate
Green
195k miles
All the usual stuff in terms of Bose, SatNav, Black leather interior etc.

It had a full engine rebuild at MRC in 2009 (at 120k miles)

It spent a lot of time at a station car park before my new job so there are a number of little dings from people incapable of opening their car doors carefully.

Essentially it's high mileage and the bodywork needs some TLC but the mechanics are good.

The cheapest I've seen is £7.5k with good bodywork and a lot less miles (albeit not with the engine rebuild) so I'm thinking it's worth about £5k. Does that sound realistic?

I think buyers would be a bit thin on the ground. Perhaps keep the car and LPG it?
