What *are* you like?

So, like me, you've got a silly car - an RS6. Obviously some wiring in your head isn't right. You must be a terribly interesting chap. I know I am. So, what, in a nutshell, are you like?

Let's find out through music.

What's your funk, Dunk? What makes you tick, Nick? What makes you jam, Bam? Dave, er, are you are raver? Amar, *hesitates* what do you like?

I have concocted a little game, but you have to play it honestly. Pretty simple really, for each category below you need to list 2 or 3 songs that fit the category. Maybe that’ll give us an idea what it would be like like rolling with the other homos homies.

It would be good if you could make a playlist on Grooveshark.com and link to it, because it’s unlikely that Dave is going to know who Rizzle Kicks are, but I’m sure he’d love it if he heard it.

Not bad. I'm liking most of those. Not sure about the Bee Gees - Boogie Wonderland job. Presume it's a mistake?

Can't find Sonique - Red Alert. You sure it's called that? I almost put down Basement Jaxx - Red Alert but didn't in the end.

I am not sure if I will ever get around to sitting down and thinking about this properly so thinking off the top of my head. I am very much a bass & beats child but with a chequered private school history :assflash: of years in the choir, I at least think I can hold a tune so tend to burst in to song a little to easily.

While I may be 35, my mentality is far more from the West Indian side of my family, I listen to 1Xtra every single day on average along with a smattering of Ministry Of Sound shows.

Chilled out cruisin’ on empty road (3 songs):
C4 - Crazy Song
No idea currently on any others

What you sing out loud to regardless of who can see you and don't care about admitting to liking as you are bigger than everybody else (3 songs):
Wet Wet Wet - Love is all around
Lauryn Hill - Everything Is Everything
Seal - Kiss From A Rose

Hoonin’ toons – they make you wanna go warp speed (3 songs):
Foreign Beggers ft Donea'O - Flying To Mars
Busta Rhymes - Gimme Some More
Drum & Bass ANYTHING pretty much (far, far too many to try to narrow down)

Totally not your style, but can’t help loving it (1 song):
Phil Collins - Easy Lover

I know what you mean, Swannny. I'm always amazed at the variety of stuff that different people like. I was happily listening to Drybeer's playlist when Grooveshark went belly up - at least, that is what seems to have happened. Can anyone else get anything at all to play? Can't even get the home page to come up now.

Yeah, Shop I meant Earth Wind & Fire not the Bee Gees, it was a typing error, and I couldn't think of the Sonique song I liked but forget to delete the name. It was Basement Jaxx - Red Alert.

Also, add 'The Jacksons - Can You Feel It' and 'Dancing Machine' to chilled out cruising, dunno how I forgot them, and Diana Ross - Upside Down.
