Hi all haven't had time to look into this problem I have at the min, when I have the a/c on after 10 mins or so I'm seeing water/ condensation dripping from the heater box side of things.
I'm going to take the glove box out Sunday and see if the a/c drain pipe is split or blocked,
any one had the same problem ??
A/C condensation into passenger footwell
Re: A/C condensation into passenger footwell
Are you sure it's AC related?...The 2 common problems are (if an Avant) the rear windscreen scoosher tube poping off at a connection in this area or water ingress between the windscreen scuttle and the windscreen...either needs to be sorted pronto...theres an electrical box of tricks under the passenger seat (carpet).
Re: A/C condensation into passenger footwell
It's fairly common, but more often turns out to be rain water coming in through the pollen filter.
There is an A/C drain that you can get to reasonably easily by pulling the carpet back towards you. Near the center console, can't remember if it's driver or passenger side.

Re: A/C condensation into passenger footwell
Yer it's defiantly A/C related as its clear water and very cold, I will check and double check that pipe tho !! I haven't been using the A/C So all is dry for the min.
