Recent MPG
Figures from recent journey...
Standard plus
From Dunstable(BEDS) to Nottingham(Central) round trip 200 miles 23mpg average speed 69mph according to DIS...Straight up the M1 95% motorway very gentle with the loud pedal...
How does this compare?

Sounds about right. I've never got better than 24mpg (measured, not DIS).

Re: Recent MPG
Traffic was a factor...Also between Beds & Bucks (8+ miles) roadworks with 50mph speed limit enforced by average speed cameras...
So cruise control is set at 50mph between roadworks which can only push up economy rate...Hence 23mpg!!
Driving upto West Yorkshire tommorow (360 mile round trip) Scouts honour will abide by all road and traffic regulations

Re: Recent MPG
I had a Eastbourne (Sussex) to North London a couple of weekends ago on the motorways and averaged 67mph on the dis and a 23.3 MPG on the way.
I wont say what the average speed on the way back was but went across county and got 16.2MPG!
