Figures from recent journey...
Standard plus
From Dunstable(BEDS) to Nottingham(Central) round trip 200 miles 23mpg average speed 69mph according to DIS...Straight up the M1 95% motorway very gentle with the loud pedal...
How does this compare?

Shop, off boost ?

Doesn't help when 415 lb/ft of torque is available at 1950RPM

Traffic was a factor...Also between Beds & Bucks (8+ miles) roadworks with 50mph speed limit enforced by average speed cameras...
So cruise control is set at 50mph between roadworks which can only push up economy rate...Hence 23mpg!!

Driving upto West Yorkshire tommorow (360 mile round trip) Scouts honour will abide by all road and traffic regulations :biggrin3:
