March 2011 or 49000 miles whichever happens first and as it 26th February 2011. It should be March 2011.

4000 miles in almost 12 months!!!!

Would have thought the DIS would be telling you a service is due in a few hundred miles, based upon those figures...(?)

Yes it is 600 miles...does it need a service with only 4k miles done?

Welcome 500PLUS to the forum of wise words but reassurance is a bit scarce sometimes, your at the mercy of all of us who choose to own a car that costs nearly £1000 for everything other than an annual service, which incidentally will soon be less than a tank of Shell Optimax! So expect a bit of doom and gloom. I'm no expert but mine was serviced 18mths ago at 73k and its done 76,850 now. I don’t drive it much, once a month I check the oil (I've topped it up about 0.5 litres once in that time), check brake fluid (which I also topped up a bit (with Audi fluid from Audi), check tyres (especially inside edges for wear and I did have had 4 wheel geometry done with a new set of tyres), check washers, generally covert etc... I will be getting a full service (sparks & filters, I think it’s a 20k service with most) hopefully soon and since being shocked into it I’m considering the cambelt change its over 4yrs and 30k since it was last done. That’s my story hope it helps.
