Anyone been able to fit the later RNSE chrome volume and selector dials. Hate the big selector as it's anatomically bad which is unusual for Audi who normally are streets ahead of the german competition for such things.
Thanks

The other websites suggest part numbers 8PO91907A and 8PO919069B but i would prefer to hear that this has worked before spending the £30 that it costs and taking the front off my RNSE which apparently you have to do.

Clive I think those are just push on rings. They would be certainly easy to fit but would make the diameter of the selector bigger and I think it's too big already. I also do not know if they are knurled knobs or just smooth. I think I will ask craigyb or hazzydays whether they can do this adaptation.

The volume button requires a dismantle of the unit, and the menu button doesn't fit straight on.
Bought them, an gave up - too much hassle for my liking!

The worst things in that picture are, firstly the black screen - what's with that? Secondly, for me the worst control in the car is the temperature. Buttons with values just mean you have to look at it when making adjustments compared to dials which you quickly get used to knowing what position to turn them to without looking.
