Its not horrendous and somehow seems normal but I know the car has recently had laser 4 wheel alignment done so just thought I`d check!

Its normal for permenant 4wd drive cars to have a bit of 'judder' on full lock. If its really bad then get it checked, but nothing to worry about if not. Its all to do with the wheels turning at different speeds when under full lock, causing grip issues as they fight the diffs.

Normal. There's a fairly interesting explanation on why it does this, but I can't remember what it is.

^^^^^ 4 wheels trying to turn at the same / similar speed when the inside wheel is almost at standstill due to full lock. This causes inside wheels to drag.

You may also find that the front wheels are touching the arch liner, mine does this, took grizz and i about 30 mins to figure out what it was, driving back and forth on full lock. It is very common- sounds and feels like a graunching bearing.
