6yr old RS6 vs Shine On detailing. Large Pics.

Post by GardinerG » Sun Apr 05, 2009 10:17 pm

Well after reaching the end of her 6th year I decided to get the bodywork brought up to scratch (if you pardon the pun). :P

Paul from Shine-on Auto detailing spent 2 solid days on my girl, then a bit on my car (sorry, just kidding Paul!).

So, before and during pics:

I think Paul won in the end! Never seen her look so shiny. :)

The quotes I had from a number of places ranged from £450 to £650 but will depend on how far they have to travel and any specific requirements (which wax is used and how many coats etc).

Paul didn't have to do my wheels as they are ummm in serious need of refurbing, which is next on the list after Beford Autodrome on the 18th April.

Looking good there, what wax/polish was used for the body?
