Tyre pressures with 275/30/19's

To all those running 275/30/19 on their RS6's, what pressures are you running?
The reason I ask is that I recently had fitted Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas in the above size, and whilst they are fantastic tyres and offer incredible grip, I have found that if I inflate them to the same pressure I had the 255's (44psi), they feel rock-hard and crashy. Should I reduce the pressure a bit?
There are posts in the RS4 section about this and the general concensus for the B7 RS4's on 275's is 40 front and 38 rear, but the '6 is a heavier car so I'm wondering if those figures still apply.
Basically, the sticker on the fuel flap says 44 all round for 255's but there is further confusion when I do a search back through old threads as there seems to be a difference in the actual fuel-flap stickers. The 'Plus' one seems to be slightly different to the non-plus in that its pressures are higher anyway.
But just ignore all that crap for now, I'd just like to know:
a) How many are actually running 275/30/19?
b) What pressures are you running?
Cheers,
Mo.
