RS6 RNS-E Upgrade Install

Cheers Rich - I have picture and sound but the controls on the RNS-E don't do anything. I bought an RSH110 specifically as I had read about your problems with the 300. Everything is fine with the Rapsody remote and it's a good bit of kit but it sounds like the IMA isn't coded right. That's a pain as I was going to add a TV tuner later once I buy one, but as-yet I don't know which model I'll end up with so it won't be coded for that either.

Cheers for the advice - I'll see if Leigh can help and also drop Kufatec a line. I wonder if I can code the IMA myself with VAG COM assuming the car sees it as a TV module?

BTW where did you get the Rapsody case from?

I have the new style unit in the car when I bought it but the telephone, TV and DVD functions are disabled. Any help suggestions for someone who can retro fit these (based in the south) is massively appreciated.

It doesn't play DVDs and the TV tuner from the RNS-D isn't compatible with it.

BTW where did you get the Rapsody case from?

Apoloigies Fen I never clocked the above first time round ... I got the case from KJ Global as part of the Rapsody car kit but they don't seem to advertise it anymore.

KJ Global stopped selling the Raspsody car kit, and provide a generic car kit for the same price but without the case.
