One of the things i am looking at to try and sort my issue with lack of boost, does anyone know the correct figures for working EGT's
I am going to do some log runs as soon as my new cable arrives and see if i can get some live data for MAF's, fuelling, O2 sensors etc to see if i can get to the bottom of it,
I have no EGT fault codes at the moment,
Also whilst on the subject of EGT's does anyone know if they can fail without throwing a code and if they do fail could that cause lack of boost? had an issue on my B5 where the EGT's failed but that threw a code and put the car into limp mode,

I can't remember for sure. I want to say around 650 degrees, but I could be making it up.
You're unlikely to get 2 faulty EGT so compare to the other bank and log the engine during the whole warm-up phase. Any anomalies should be obvious.
