Finally got new wheels on!

Post by Ben_r1 » Tue May 21, 2019 7:37 am

Even though I’ve put my back out at work and currently crippled I couldn’t resist fighting through the pain to fit my RS4 wheels at the weekend!

They definitely sit a little further out just worried the fronts may rub, still sorn’d til June so for now all I can do is stand back and stare at it.
Couldn’t be happier with how they’ve transformed the car and bonus the TPS is self learning so after 2 mins with the ignition on it registered the new sensors and warning went off!

Looking very good.

My standard wheels don't rub with 10mm spacers on so I don't see why yours will with only 6mm increased offset. I guess you'll soon find out.

Nice colour combo, making me like those blue ones even more. I also like the RS4 wheels on the Layer Cake car.

You must polish that a lot!

Yeah I clean it more than I drive it unfortunately, was only on the road for 6 months last year and it’s still sorn’d this summer at the moment. I get her out once a month to clean the dust off and give it a quick detail.

A very nice ornament to have! Just don't let the battery go flat...

Don’t worry I’ve invested in a trickle charger now, no more lock outs!

Yeah 19s indeed. I don’t have many more pics of the car at the moment as I just roll it out the garbage to play with then roll back. I’ll get some when it’s back on the road next month.

Got my other toy out to play with yesterday too, busy month! :notworthy:

Sounds like every one of bam's love stories.

It's just way easier to roll them when they're bound and gagged.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Few more pics took it to Santa pod for Dasautoshow over the weekend, happy to report after its long hibernation drove faultlessly :kissmyrings:
