All new suspension apparently, interior looks good - not a lot of info but why do you think it’s looks ‘doggy’?

Well, when it passed its last MOT 2 years ago it had 139 000 miles on the clock for a start.
It hasn't been MOT'd since, apparently.

Air bag light is on and wheels definately "need" a refurb - but ad says wheels recently done....
