G28 Engine speed sensor replacement

How is that sensor supposed to be removed? In that position it's coming out farthest, but about 1cm needed.

Oh god, that was a horrible job. If you don't want the old one, butcher it until its out. With my new one, I took the risk of shaving down some of the plastic housing with a file for getting it back in, and that was just enough to get the right insertion angle on it
