Boot roller cover thingy

RS Specific ? I wouldn't think so but thought it safe to ask first
Was doing about 110 when I heard this almighty crack and whooshing sound from the back of the car. Much poo ensued until I stopped and eventually found what had happened. Appears the springs have gone and it no longer retracts enough to hold position.

No it’s just specific to the C5 A6... still not cheap, prob £100/150 on fleabay

Are you sure it's the spring and not the plastic inside that snapped? Iirc there's a post to repair it (if you want to go down that route)

I just got one from a member on here breaking a car for £35 delivered. Keep an eye out on the classifieds. Something might show up cheaper than £100....

Agreed. They are all £100+ on ebay. He had it up for £20 so I snapped it up and paid for postage.

How much are they from Audi? All the eBay ones seem damaged or tatty.
